Werner Holentunder

President/Treasurer

Werner Holentunder, an owner of Triad Construction Inc., currently works in estimating and project management. He is also responsible for the development and financial oversight for the company. Werner brings an extensive background in carpentry and over 25 years in commercial construction. His background in hands-on carpentry, as a master journeyman carpenter, ensures a solid knowledge of construction from the ground up.

Michael Long

Executive Vice President/Secretary

Mike Long, an owner of Triad Construction Inc., also works in estimating and project management. He is also responsible for regulating manpower and tracking project schedules ensuring coverage and continuity. Mike’s ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining hands-on management is essential to create superior customer service. These skills are substantiated by the large customer base and numerous repeat customers.

Michael Dassow

Superintendent

Mike Dassow, an owner of Triad Construction Inc., is currently a lead Field Supervisor and Residential Division Manager. With 25 years in construction, Mike offers a strong background in interior remodeling and carpentry.

At Triad Construction Inc., we self-perform our own demolition work, concrete, and carpentry. In addition, the carpentry crew is union trained, providing the level of skill needed to ensure quality workmanship in all projects. Triad places some of the best foremen, superintendents, and craftsmen, in the industry in the right role for each individual project. In the areas of work performed by subcontractors, we have built relationships with contractors known for dependability and high quality work. Triad knows that every part of a project is interdependent, requiring everyone to work together toward the successful completion of a project that inspires pride in both contractors and customers.
