In addition to any General Requirements, Triad Construction Inc. provides all selective Demolition, Concrete, and Carpentry work. In over 80% of the completed work, Triad typically self-performs these disciplines. By maintaining our own crews on site, we are able to meet the changing needs of the project. This gives the team ultimate control of the project’s schedule early on and allows them to set the pace of the project both in work effort and attention to detail and quality. Triad Construction Inc. understands that the best interests of the customer and the best interests of their company go hand in hand.
The crews are supervised by the project manager in charge of meeting the schedule, quality, and cost goals of the project. The superintendent or foreman report directly to the project manager in order to achieve these goals. By utilizing the project manager and superintendent for these responsibilities, Triad can ensure monitoring of both the day to day details and the overall project are being managed on an ongoing basis.
At Triad Construction Inc., the crews are directed to achieve high productivity regardless of the type of project they are working on. Triad has high hiring standards because of the experience we have in trade work. We also know the importance of retaining the best and most diversified workers available in the field. This is one of the reasons that Triad chose to be a General Contractor signatory Nationally to the Carpenter’s Union. Whether we are performing demolition work or finish carpentry, doing the job right the first time is always the goal. Because of our superior work force, Triad ensures high productivity and quality work.
Triad monitors industry costs on an ongoing basis to ensure competitive cost proposals for our customers. The team strives to maintain cost control, both in bid work and negotiated work. We show sensitivity to the needs of our customers by meeting budget constraints and procuring the best job possible.
Another key factor in quality and cost control rests with the subcontractors performing work on the project. Triad has established relationships with contractors in the construction trades so that we can expect the same performance standards in areas of work that are not self-performed. This assures the Owner of the overall quality in workmanship in the completed project as well as the cost management made possible by Triad’s ongoing relationships with these contractors.
Triad understands that Owners also have needs in the areas of property maintenance and periodic renovation. Because of our diversified work force, Triad is able to be responsive to a wide range of ongoing maintenance and upgrade projects. Servicing existing property needs is also an important component of what Triad can offer Owners as part of our package.
